Taking into account paragraph 19 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, ensuring the application of this Law in connection with the entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 1008-VQD of 23 February 2018 "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan" On Measuring the Unity of Measurements " I hereby decide:

1. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

1.1. Within three months to submit to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan proposals on bringing the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan and acts of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in line with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Making Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Providing Unity of Measurements";

1.2. Inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan within three months of bringing the normative legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan into conformity with this Law;

1.3. keep control over compliance of normative-legal acts of central executive bodies with this Law and inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan within five months of its implementation;

1.4. in accordance with Article 7.3 of this Law, within two months, to approve the amount of service fee for the transmission of quantitative units of the State's quantitative unit units by agreement with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

1.5. to resolve other issues arising from this Law.

2. The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall ensure compliance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Making Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan" On Ensuring the Unity of Measurements "of normative legal acts and normative acts of central executive bodies and inform the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
3. Determine that:

3.1. Powers of the relevant executive authority provided for in Article 18.3 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the Unity of Measurements", Article 7.5, Article 12.3, Article 16.1, Article 18.3, shall be exercised by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

3.2. the powers of the relevant executive authority provided for in Article 7.3 of this Law (second order) shall be exercised by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic;

3.3. in the second sentence of Article 7.3 of the same Law, articles 7.5, 12.3 and in the second sentence of Article 16.1, "institution" means the legal entity of the "Azerbaijan Metrology Institute";

3.4. In Article 18.3 of the same Law "institution" means the legal entity of the "Azerbaijan Accreditation Center".
